About the Role
We’re looking for a Bakery Production Associate to join our team and support daily bakery production. This is a hands-on role for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in the quality of their work.
Production Associates work across different areas of the bakery depending on daily needs. You’ll be expected to follow Co-Dough’s recipes and standards, work efficiently, keep your workspace clean and organized, and contribute wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily bakery production and preparation
Prepare products according to Co-Dough recipes and quality standards
Work across different areas of production as needed
Complete assigned production within required timelines
Maintain consistency in product quality, portioning, and appearance
Properly handle and store ingredients and finished products
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout the shift
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Properly use and care for bakery equipment and tools
Communicate production, inventory, or quality concerns to management
Assist with cleaning, restocking, organization, and end-of-shift responsibilities
Support the production team wherever needed

Previous bakery, kitchen, or food production experience is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.
Requirements
Full-time availability
Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to perform the physical and repetitive tasks required in a bakery environment
Comfortable working around common food allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts
